Mark Brazendale a fully qualified Principal Environmental Health Officer with a BSc honours degree in Environmental Health and membership of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). Mark has worked within the food industry as a commercial consultant and for Local Authorities prior to Top Marks Food Safety. He specialises in working with premises to gain approval as manufactures of products of animal origin.

 

Mark has undertaken a wide variety of food and high profile health and safety legal cases, has experience of both sides of the defence and prosecution giving him a well rounded view of legal work and the likelihood of potential legal action succeeding or failing.
